Yes. Paying rent by credit card provides many valuable benefits and allows you to earn points, cash back, or other rewards just by paying your rent each month.

ACH payment processing takes 3-5 business days.
Credit/Debit Card
Credit/Debit Card payment processing takes 2-3 business days online through the Tenant Portal. However, by Phone with a Property Manager, Credit/Debit Card payment processing takes 1 business day.
Please note, payments are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
In order to process your payments, Marquise Properties Group, LLC has partnered with a third party who charges a fee to process your transactions. If you do not wish to pay this fee, please call our office and a Property Manager will process your ACH/E-Check rent payment fee-free.
Physical payment methods like cash, money orders, and checks carry risks (like loss, delays or theft) that online rent payment methods avert. Please contact our office by phone or email, if you are experiencing technical difficulties using the MP Online Portal.
No. Online payments can either be one-time payments or recurring payments. Recurring payments are completely optional and you can choose to make one-time payments every month, if that’s your preference. While many find auto-payments helpful in ensuring that they never forget to pay their rent on time, others feel more comfortable sending a payment manually, once they’ve verified that they have sufficient funds in their account.
