Marquise Properties Group, LLC (and its affiliates) owns registered and unregistered product names, trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”). You may not use, reproduce, advertise, display, publish, or transmit any of the Marks without Marquise Properties Group, LLC's prior written consent and/or absent a written agreement between you and Marquise Properties Group, LLC.

Logos

You may not use, reproduce, advertise, display, publish, or transmit any Marquise Properties Group, LLC logo without Marquise Properties Group, LLC’s prior written consent. Your use must comply with a written agreement between you and Marquise Properties Group, LLC, as well as requirements described here. Absent such agreement with Marquise Properties Group, LLC, you do not have permission to use Marquise Properties Group, LLC logos.

No Tarnishment

You may not use a Marquise Properties Group, LLC trademark in a disparaging or degrading manner.
