You will be informed. We provide you with an Owner Portal that allows 24/7 access to very important reports, financial statements and summaries of your properties. The Owner Portal is one of the unique features we offer and allows us to provide you with the most convenient way to stay up-to-date on your properties’ performance. You can also contact us if you have any questions or need additional information.
We are experts and have experience successfully managing our company-owned rental properties. We strive to continuously improve and increase our knowledge of the industry. We frequently keep up with current trends, systems, and best practices.
We are also open to any feedback to improve and learn what works well. Please feel free to let us know at anytime how we can improve or what you enjoy. We will be sure to listen and work to provide a solution. Our Property Management Division's services are not flat-fee structured because we use our resources to focus on delivering innovative services/programs to our members and providing quality customer service that you and your Tenants deserve! Additionally, we do not have any hidden fees. We have four fees, but only two are charged to work with us. We also do not charge these fees until after we successfully find quality tenants to rent your property.
