*Your Tour appointment will be cancelled if:

  • You fail to confirm/cancel your tour appointment in advance
    (at least 2 hours)

  • You do not meet our standard Criteria For Residency based on your responses to the Tenant Pre-Screening questions

All potential tenants who schedule a showing/tour, confirm the appointment, and fail to appear will be charged a $25 No-Show Fee, if they wish to reschedule an appointment.
